Rich flavor of bonito, that was simmered salty-sweet, fills up your mouth.

Bonito fish is simmered with tamaki-ya original soy sauce, and then made into fluffy flakes. Salty-sweet taste of bonito is in a good contrast with fresh mitsuba condiment. Made with traditional tsukudani cooking technique. The more you chew, the more you can feel the rich flavor of bonito. Take your time and enjoy!
